We'll get in contact with you to organise rehearsals once you've submitted your performance application if you've selected to use our accompanist. Alternatively, you can email [email protected].

All sheet music must be emailed to [email protected] at least 3 days prior to rehearsal. 
Sheet music should be provided as a PDF.
Your application will not be accepted until you have submitted the sheet music.

One 20 minute rehearsal will be included in your accompanist booking so we encourage you to book your performance early to allow for prior rehearsal. Additional rehearsals are available upon request and subject to availability.

 Accompaniment  in 2023 will cost $45 which includes the performance and a 20-minute rehearsal on a day prior to the performance. Extra rehearsals are charged at a rate of $50 per half hour and all rehearsals take place at the performance venue.
