Our mission is to allow our young people to grow and nurture their talents in a safe environment where they are not made to feel the pressure or burden of being compared to others. A place where they can experiment, fail, and grow in confidence.
What we do...
We run youth soirées, adult open mic nights, studio concerts, as well as regular concerts. All of this in the homely setting of l'Hermitage & Allegros where guests and performers can enjoy a hearty meal prepared by Allegro's chef Didier.

Joe Ryan
Owner- Piano Man
Joe Ryan is a graduate of West Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). His specialty lies within classical piano performance. He also teaches in schools throughout Perth and enjoys accompanying other performers whenever he can.
Julia Newsome
Owner- Organiser
Julia Newsome is a classically-trained vocalist with a passion for education and community. Julia graduated with honours from the Classical Voice program at WAAPA and has since dedicated her time to studying a Masters in Early Childhood, and co-directing Hermit Arts. Julia's strong desire to uplift and inspire others through music is rooted in her belief that the Arts have the power to bring people together and create positive change in communities.
